To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEARER HEALTHTECH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Suppie.

Suppie is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

You may stop using Suppie at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time, with or without notice. Since your data is stored on your device, uninstalling the app will remove your local data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Suppie after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
